Parallel to my clinical work, my compass with consultation is centered in love, asking the question, ‘What is the most loving thing to do in this moment for my client and myself?’ I believe embodying the work we ask our clients to do is at the basis of mentorship and guidance and gives room to offer insights and wisdom from a place of grounded knowing through cultural/ancestral practice, lived experience, and other relevant experience as well as technical therapeutic strategy and intervention. My invitation is to collaborate on developing a flow of both of these strategies with clients in order to offer a whole-hearted and well rounded therapeutic experience.
