I provide case consultation to licensed clinicians, integrating therapeutic modalities such as DBT, family systems, attachment theory, and IFS.
Parallel to my clinical work, my compass with consultation is centered in love, asking the question, ‘What is the most loving thing to do in this moment for my client and myself?’ I believe embodying the work we ask our clients to do is at the basis of mentorship and guidance and gives room to offer insights and wisdom from a place of grounded knowing, and not solely through technical therapeutic strategy and intervention. My invitation is to collaborate on developing a flow of both of these strategies with clients in order to offer a whole hearted and well rounded therapeutic experience.
